Sue Willmott HR provides a variety of support to businesses to develop their teams, from the role of Human Resources Manager to a specific or tailored project. HR services can include

Grace Williams has background in Area Management in the retail sector both in London and throughout the South West. Key responsibilities included leading teams to achieve targets, training and development, talent management.She applied management and HR practices within an evolving and diverse sector ensuring a consistent commercial focus. It is within these roles that Grace realised her true passion was working with people and making organisations a great place to work. Therefore, the next step on her career path was to specialise in HR.
On returning to Cornwall Grace studied a MA in Human Resource Management at Plymouth University. After graduating, she joined a Telecommunications and IT company as HR Manager. The focus of the role was to set up HR policies and procedures compliant with GDPR. Developing and delivering training as well as managing complex employer relation cases. Grace also introduced new apprentices through Weston College for part of the business based in Bristol.
Sue Willmott combines her management experience in previous roles with helping young people develop their skills and careers for their future. Early in her career she was responsible for recruitment, training and performance management. Consequently, this naturally evolved into Human Resource roles where Sue developed this specialism and has combined this with careers coaching.
Sue has continued with her own development to ensure she is providing current and flexible approaches to businesses and students alike. Achieving a MA in Human Resource Management at Plymouth University and a Level 6 in Careers Advice and Guidance.

Providing support to young people, parents/carers and working with businesses who are looking to employer young people as their future workforce.
